Nasi Lemak




Nasik lemak is people food malaysia. at the time this regular Nasi lemak rice in herbs for guests at a particular event.
simple nasi lemak but now found throughout eatery shop in malaysia, the food stalls, restaurants and hotels.

Ingredients (4-6 people)

Ingredients for rice: -
@ 2 cups of rice
N @ 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup water (June-purpose 1/2 CWM n coconut milk 1 1/2 water CWM)
@ 1 pandan leaves - disimpul
@ 3 slices ginger
@ Pinch of salt
Ingredients for sauce: -
* 6 tablespoons chilli machine
* 4 shallots, minced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 large onion, sliced
* Handful of anchovies (washed, half of which are pounded)
* A bit of tamarind juice
* With shrimp paste (if desired)
* Salt n sugar
Other ancillary materials: -
Fried anchovies, boiled egg and cucumber.
The means

Mix all ingredients for the rice and cook like normal rice.
Saute onion, add self bawang2 pounded, chili paste, shrimp paste and anchovies yg pounded .. until crisp and broken little oil.
Enter tamarind water and the other half cleaned anchovies-me earlier.
Add salt n sugar. Cook until syrupy.
